The 49ers got out of Jacksonville with their health relatively intact. Head coach Kyle Shanahan on Sunday after the game didn’t have any immediate injury updates.
He provided a handful of notes Monday in a conference call where he noted one injury from the game, and checked in on a handful of players who were hurt going into the week.
