As an isolated incident, probably nothing of consequence will happen with Foster as a result of his arrest Friday night in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, on a charge of second degree possession of marijuana.
However, there is a cumulative effect as it relates to the NFLs Policy on Substances of Abuse.
