49ers officially announce trade, 3 signings

The 49ers on Thursday officially announced a handful of previously-reported roster moves, including a trade and a couple of signings.

Signings becoming official are a big deal this time of year, as 49ers fans learned with the flip-flop from linebacker Eric Kendricks where he agreed to a deal with San Francisco, but backed out to join the Dallas Cowboys.
