Who better to get insight from than the guy that worked with Hurd every day for the last year
On this week’s episode of the Better Rivals, Baylor’s wide receiver coach Frisman Jackson gives us the inside scoop on the San Francisco 49ers third round draft pick Jalen Hurd. Jackson used to coach wide receivers for the Tennessee Titans.
I asked Jackson everything from what we can expect as a rookie to who Hurd reminds him of. Jackson was very candid, and it made the conversation easy. One of the main takeaways from speaking with Jackson is that Hurd is going to work his tail off. Oh, and his comparison was to a former 49ers receiver.
