Initially, San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan said Brock Purdy would dress against the Los Angeles Rams. Purdy was set to be the No. 3 emergency quarterback. There’s been a change of plans, as Purdy will not dress today.
Fullback Kyle Juszczyk was added to the injury bug with an undisclosed illness over the weekend. He wasn’t the only one, as Trent Williams and Jake Brendel were also added with an illness. We’ll see how that impacts the playing time for each.
Jaylon Moore and Ben Bartch will presumably play the majority of snaps at left tackle and center today. Here are today’s inactives:
