It’s draft day. Bosa is locked in at No. 2.
Doing a run-down of everyone’s final mock draft, it appears that everyone with a blue checkmark on Twitter believes that Nick Bosa will be a San Francisco 49er by tonight. Here’s what they are saying.
Albert Breer of MMQB on Bosa and the possibility of Arik Armstead being traded:
I see the 49ers taking Bosa here, as everyone has seen it forever. Once that happens, I think San Francisco will get phone calls about moving their interior defensive linemen, but I’m told Armstead is in their plans for 2019. We’ll see if that sticks.
Armstead is in their plans until you are able to get a deal you cannot turn down for him.
Mel Kiper believes it’s Bosa. Same with Todd McShay. Kiper has Bosa as the best edge rusher in the draft. McShay loves the fit. I agree with both. He’s a very good complement to what else is on the roster.
Daniel Jeremiah has Bosa to the Niners as well in his Mock Draft. Jeremiah believes that the team cannot go wrong with either Bosa or Williams.
