It’s not a week of 49ers news without Terrell Owens

San Francisco 49er legend Terrell Owens has been a weekly staple in the news as of late. This time around, a Georgia business owner spent $4,000 to buy the storage unit full of memorabilia belonging to Terrell Owens. The storage unit was auctioned off when Owens stopped making payments to the company. So Jim Rice—the business owner—didn’t get memorabilia like you’d expect.

There were playbooks, football cleats, autographed helmets, clothes and a non-disclosure agreement from an apparent party hosted by Owens inside the storage unit. Here is a look at one of the 49ers call sheets for a game against the Philadelphia Eagles back in 2003:

On the left is the play. On the right is the formation. Then you see Owens scribbling in his notes. That’s pretty cool. I’d love to ask Owens what his favorite play/route on that sheet was. I also wonder if he cares that his stuff is out there in the public like this. Obviously not too much if he didn’t pay his storage.
