Your San Francisco 49ers links for Monday, May 27th, 2019

This might be the first Memorial Day I post nuggets. And damn…there’s not much going on today.

That’s fine. I can entertain you in other way. I got space to fill! First of all who is excited about that NBA Finals matchup between the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors? There’s a nice story about Toronto Sports that I retweeted via the Niners Nation Twitter account (Yes, they allow me to play with it too) that I suggest reading.

On the football side of things. Who wants me to talk about how stoked i am for 2019? I’m sure tired of it. Not of the optimism, but just saying how improved the 49ers are. I do think that this is a good case study on how long it takes to turn an NFL roster around. It’s not a year, two years, or in the 49ers’ case three. It’s going to take a good four years to remove the taint from a previous bad regime. I think the 49ers are going to be competitive, maaayyyybe a playoff contender. I’m not expecting it, but I won’t be surprised if it happens.

I think that’s enough optimism. Have some links:
