The predictable mock drafts that we have all grown tired of will be coming to an end this week with the 2019 NFL Combine getting underway. Players are going to get evaluated, poked, prodded and just about every microscopic football detail possible.
We’ll see who blows the doors off. Maybe Josh Allen has an amazing Combine and Nick Bosa is so-so. Maybe Rashan Gary goes nuts and becomes the overall first pick. A lot with mock drafts can change with combine performances, so it will be interesting to see what happens.
I watched my first combine (well more than background noise/events I had to cover) last year, actually and found it much more enjoyable than I thought I would. It’s kinda like watching the Olympics.
