The 49ers have held the 212th overall pick once in their history. In 2000, they traded a 2001 sixth round pick to the New England Patriots to get this one. The 49ers then used it on quarterback Tim Rattay. They’ve actually had the 211th pick a couple times in recent years, spending it on running back Kelvin Taylor in 2016 and on fullback Bruce Miller in 2011. They had the 213th pick in 2016 and spent it on wide receiver Aaron Burbridge.
