Watch John Lynch give Bosa the good news
One of the best parts about this weekend is seeing the players get good news. Good news might be selling it short. They’ve worked for this for the better part of their lives. So seeing guys get emotional—almost like a giant burden has been lifted from their shoulders—it’s always great to see. Here’s the video of San Francisco 49ers general manager calling Nick Bosa to tell him the news:

Bosa is so nonchalant. He barely shows any emotion. Inside, you know he’s as happy as anyone. He’s such a “bro”, though. It’s hilarious. “What’s up, my guy?”
Even in the short time, you can tell the staff really likes Bosa. When he got on the phone with defensive coordinator Robert Saleh, Bosa said “it looks like we’re going golfing.” Saleh ending the conversation with the “All gas!”
