That Montez Sweat is starting to get some stock.

Free agency is still going on, but with all the acquisitions made, things are starting to get a bit more consistent in the mock draft space. SB Nation’s Dan Kadar’s latest mock restates a lot of what we’ve been seeing these past few days: Kyler Murray to the Arizona Cardinals, Nick Bosa to the San Francisco 49ers.

Here’s what Kadar said about the Cardinals taking Murray:

The Cardinals have smartly added pieces on their offensive line in right tackle Marcus Gilbert and guard J.R. Sweezy. And they’ve cut out linebacker from their needs with Jordan Hicks, one of the steals of free agency, and veteran pass rusher Terrell Suggs.

Really, Arizona’s needs fall more in line with what it could get from trading the No. 1 pick. That’s especially true if you don’t think the team should give up on quarterback Josh Rosen already. The Cardinals could drop back a number of spots and still land a quality defensive tackle or wide receiver and load up on picks.

But the buzz around the first pick continues to be about Murray, who had the type of pro day you’d expect from a top quarterback prospect.

And here’s what Kadar said about the 49ers taking Bosa:

San Francisco has made some of the biggest splashes of the offseason. The 49ers tabbed $140 million on Kwon Alexander and Dee Ford, and brought in running back Tevin Coleman, a perfect fit in Kyle Shanahan’s offense. But a pass rusher like Bosa could still help the defense. He and Ford could finally solve San Francisco’s longstanding need to fix the pass rush.

This mock has the New York Giants getting Ohio State quarterback Dwayne Haskins at their No. 6 spot without a trade. There are reports that the New York Giants are not interested in Haskins. Whether that’s a smokescreen or if it’s actually true is for you to decide. If that’s the case, they either are really sitting behind Eli Manning or maybe they would look to the Cardinals for their current quarterback Josh Rosen. The Giants could offload their second round pick for Rosen, then turn around and draft Jonah Williams, who Kadar has going at No. 7 to the Jacksonville Jaguars. Given that there have been little trades for Haskins to get to No. 6 to begin with, if the news is true that the Giants aren’t interested at all, this could mean the 49ers will have a hard time trading out of No. 2 unless a team desperate for Quinnen Williams/Nick Bosa comes forth.

The other interesting thing from this mock is the Mississippi State defensive end Montez Sweat going fifth overall and ahead of Alabama defensive tackle Quinnen Williams. The Oakland Raiders would have made this decision and it’s a mighty interesting once when you factor in Williams’ abilities. Is Sweat gaining more ground?

If the Cardinals are set on taking Murray in the draft, the 49ers are going to have a huge decision on their hands. Bosa seems almost like a lock to make the team, but with the addition of Dee Ford in free agency, perhaps the 49ers decide to look at Josh Allen at the spot instead.

Either way, these mock drafts are getting mighty consistent now that free agents have been added.
