The San Francisco 49ers took an early 7-3 lead against the Arizona Cardinals after quarterback CJ Beathard hit running back Jeff Wilson Jr. for a 21-yard touchdown late in the first quarter. Without their top two quarterbacks available, the offense has shown life early. Robbie Gould made the extra point.
