The NFL on Monday announced its all-decade team for the 2010s. Three players who played prominently with the 49ers during that decade were on the all-decade roster, along with cornerback Richard Sherman who closed the decade with two years in San Francisco. Frank Gore, Joe Staley and Patrick Willis were the other 49ers representatives.
San Francisco enters the new decade coming off a trip to the Super Bowl, with a roster full of young talent that could wind up landing on the next all-decade squad. Here are the 49ers that could be on the NFL’s All-Decade team of the 2020s:
