Colin Kaepernick remains unsigned.
However, the former 49ers quarterback is not lacking in support – well, at least on some fronts.
Thank you to everyone who went out to support yesterday. My faith always has been and always will be in the power of the people! pic.twitter.com/T7IWCOCm4K

In an interview Thursday with WJXL radio in Jacksonville, Fla., Jaguars owner Shad Khan said he’s “absolutely” OK with the team signing Kaepernick, if they wanted to.
Kaepernick is a higher-rated passer and has a better completion percentage than Blake Bortles and Chad Henne, who are both vying for the starting job in Jacksonville.
Not everyone is a fan, though, including one former opponent.
“There’s certain players that could be on the team with big distractions, and there’s other players that it’s not good enough or not worth it,” McCoy told The Associated Press.
The NFL’s 2017-18 regular season kicks off Sept. 7. Unless Kaepernick is signed by then, there may be no distraction to speak of.
