The 49ers have beaten the Packers in four straight playoff games. They’re heavily favored to make it five in a row when San Francisco and Green Bay square off in the divisional playoffs.
BetMGM has the 49ers as 9.5-point favorites against Green Bay after the Packers punched their ticket to Santa Clara by way of a 48-32 drubbing of the No. 2 seed Cowboys on Sunday.
It was a shocking result that wasn’t even as close as the final score indicated. Still, the 49ers have a better playoff track record than Dallas so the resounding Packers victory on wild card weekend didn’t do anything to sway sports books in their direction.
The 49ers were the best team in the NFC for most of the year, and now they’re favored by a bunch to earn a fifth consecutive trip to the NFC championship game.
