After initially being cleared to return to the game following a head injury, San Francisco 49ers star pass catcher Deebo Samuel is listed as questionable to return again against the Green Bay Packers due to a shoulder injury.
With a few minutes remaining in the first half, Samuel was seen exiting to the locker room.
Samuel missed two games earlier in the regular season with a shoulder injury he suffered against the Cleveland Browns in Week 6.
